A sales or click funnel is one of the most effective ways of both building your mailing list and getting a selection of your products or services in front of new customers.
There are several steps to a sales funnel, usually known as the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel but the specific number of steps may vary depending on your offer.
The first step is getting people to the top of your sales funnel, which would take the form of a landing page, and this would generally be achieved using a mailshot, a YouTube video or some other paid promotion.

Depending on the choices people make, ie accepting or declining individual offers, you might vary the next step in the funnel journey to try and present different offers which you feel might convert better.
Funnels work well for almost all industries whether it’s selling physical products, getting sign-ups for a webinar or promoting a live event.
And as you have their email details, part of this process would be to include them in follow-up mailshots.
